Is duplication of wordpress.com site possible?

Hello all,
I’m a college instructor using WordPress as a virtual classroom for freshmen composition–problem is that I’m actually teaching two of these classes this semester, and I don’t want two separate classes using the same WordPress site (the consequences would be chaotic to say the least.)
Therefore, I would like to find a quick way to “double” the site only with a different domain. I realize this is very easy with WordPress.org, but I don’t have access to the back end php stuff that makes that easier. Of course, I could just copy/paste the theme/page/post/settings from the established site to one with a new domain (for my second class) but that would take hours.
So: is there a tool of some sort that makes duplication automatic?
