Is Full Frame still working?
-
Hi,
I’m trying to develop a site for a client using Full Frame, and having multiple issues at the very first step. Initially I’m just trying to recreate the sample page i.e. a home page with a full screen image and text overlayed. I enounter the following issues:
The documentation says to do the following:
Initial Setup
1. Go to Settings > Media
2. Set the thumnails size to 600 wide by 400 tall and check the crop option so thumbnails are cropped to those exact dimensions. These media options don’t even seem to exist
Whatever I do there is always a white box over the featured image (this disappeared once randomly and is now back to stay. There’s no mention of how to eradicate this in the documentation.
The documentation also says the following:
You can choose from Default, Left, Center, Right or Full Width alignment options. The Text Options feature is located in the right column underneath the Featured Image metabox. This option is nowhere to be seen.
Please can someone help! This should be a really simple website build but nothing seems to work properly!
Thanks
Tom

Hi there, You’re referring to these directions: https://wordpress.com/theme/full-frame/setup
These media options don’t even seem to exist
You’ll find those settings in WP Admin>Settings>Media so for that site it would be at https://lilyrousecouk.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-media.php
Regarding the other issues you mentioned, I don’t have access to that theme in order to troubleshoot, but being a Premium theme, when you are logged in with the username account that purchased the theme or the upgrade plan, you also have access to a special Premium theme forum where you can get assistance from the theme author directly. https://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/graph-paper-press/full-frame/
Hope that helps.
