  i have a couple of business idea’s that im about ready too let loose but im unsure if the public at large wants or needs them. now recently i came across a subject that might work for me called crowed funding:

  basically i would setup either on the site or another website asking to donate whatever if they like the idea and would like to see this product if i reach X amount example $500 i will then go ahead with production. another site i might direct them too would be something like this: http://www.kickstarter.com/

  so as a next step i figure i ask if this would get my account ban

  Fundraising for charity is allowed. Trawling for venture capital is not, I suspect, but to be absolutely sure, contact staff directly and ask.
