Is importing from a paid domain, even my own web, violates term of service?
-
My free blog account was no longer available. My web, http://www.rinurbad.com is currently attacked by severe malware and it would take long time to clean it. While my web manager’s working on it, I decided to import back up copy to another Wp blog, free account.
Suddenly, it showed notice: This blog has been archived or suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.
What did I do? I really don’t understand. I’ve read and re-read those terms, alright. I tried again in another free account, not a new one I signed up this morning, and it happened again. So much for my effort of blogging there.
Funny thing, I received two e-mails confirming my import process succeeded.

Importing is not against the Terms of Service. The CONTENTS, however, may be. If your contents don’t meet the ToS, you will be suspended. And yes, from a cursory look at your website, it appears to be very definitely against the ToS. You will have to find another host.
