Is is possible to have scheduled posts triggered without visiting the site?

  I have set up a weekly quiz to which a group of friends subscribe. I set up a series of posts in advance, scheduled to be published each Friday. However, I now realise that I have to visit the blog each Friday in order for the post to be published.

  Is there any way that I can set this up so that the post is published automatically at the time scheduled rather than needing to remember to visit the blog each Friday to trigger them?

  Published when anyone visits after the scheduled time – not just you
