Is is possible to move a comment from one page to another?

  I have a contact me page (It displays my details) and people have left comments before I was able to disable this…
  On my contact me page, is a section where you can fill in a series of questions – its private… But I ofter get questions saying they can see the comments
  I just want to move those comments to any other page other than that one!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
