No, that’s not possible as we don’t allow Javascript embeds.
Can you give me a few more details about what you want to do? Maybe there’s an alternative.

This code is from GetResponse, there’s a function called “Goal”, to create a goal for the purpose to do further reaction to different subscribers. This code helps me to track which subscriber have visit my blog. It was said it should paste between
<body></body>. -
I’m afraid this really isn’t possible at WordPress.com. We don’t allow users to track readers.
If you require this functionality, perhaps look into setting up a self-hosted WordPress. You’d use a host like Pressable or Bluehost, among others, for this.
