is it easy to code a webblog?

    i’m have a hobby of blogging. i have a dream to code a blog myself using my knowledge about HTML, CSS, PHP
    i know i can’t do a system which is great like WordPress. but i want to become a blog creator once. anyone can give me hint to start my plan ?

    You would be best to search over at wordpress.ORG in the codex for theme development. Since we cannot create or upload themes here, few, if any here know anything about it.

    Typically my suggestion would be to find a full GPL licensed theme that is along the lines of what you want and then to use that as a base for building your own. I actually think that is what most people do. Why reinvent the wheel?
