  Hi there, I want to design homepage of my lottery website. Should I work with elementor? Is it recommended?

  We can’t help you with third party plugins as we don’t use plugins on the wordpress.com platform.

  Just to clarify, you can use plugins like Elementor on WordPress.com; however, you need the Pro plan to install them.
