  Hello. I have hosting from blue host and a domain name I already purchased is word press free if I just use it with a free theme and use my preexisting stuff

  You can create a free site at WordPress.com but if you wish to use your domain here with a WordPress,com site (either by transferring the domain or leaving it where it is and mapping it) then you’ll need to purchase a WordPress.com upgraded plan: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
