Is it impossible to cancel and get refund?

  There is no support contact info. I wanted to cancel shortly after realizing i bought the wrong thing and i waited over a week for refund to show up and nothing. If i look in billing section it shows it has been refunded but i havent recieved any money. Should i wait longer. Whats up with this? WordPress is great though just wanted other thing. :(

  it can take a bit over a week for money to flow back to your account, that is a function of PayPal & your bank

  I have flagged this for the staff to review your account

  It looks as though this refund was just requested/processed today.

  Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

  Refund still hasnt showed up in my account. Its been quite some time. What is going on? Just checking up.

  My apologies for the delay. We have been digging into this.

  Everything from our end and and from Paypal (our payment processor) shows that this payment has been refunded. I would encourage you to talk to your bank and ask them why the money has not been returned to your account.
