Is it just me or does wordpress support totally suck?

How in the world can I find someone who runs wordpress who can actually help me? I have a main account I blog at, and I just got a new laptop and all my login information was on my old laptop. I cannot remember the email I used to sign up, but I remember the password, but that’s totally unhelpful, and since we can’t log in using our wordpress blog name, I cannot access my other blog in order to update the email information.
I would like to talk to someone about it, but there is not a single contact form on this page AT ALL. I get that I’m not a paying customer, but seriously, no one at wordpress can or will help me recover my account and all the data I have on there?!
This is utterly ridiculous. Does anyone know how to get into contact with these people?

You can log in to a WordPressdotcom site in a couple of ways at this page https://wordpress.com/log-in
First make sure you are logged out of this current account.
If you remember your other WordPressdotcom username, you can use that instead of the email address, together with the related password. You can also send yourself a one-time login link by email and then check all your email accounts to see where it was sent.
