WordPress can refer to two things. The forum you’re posting in now is for WordPress.com, the hosting provider.
Your site is not hosted with us, but built with the open source WordPress software, which you have installed at another hosting provider. For help with your version of WordPress, you can ask the WordPress.org community who makes that software at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
That said, all modern WordPress themes are mobile-friendly, unless you’re using a theme made by someone with no idea what they’re doing :)
But I’ve checked your site, and your theme is definitely mobile-friendly, so you don’t need to do anything else in that regard.
