  is it not possible to add videos or mp3 anymore in the free wordpress.com?

  I’m pretty sure it’s never been possible to upload video or mp3 if you only have a free WordPress.com plan. The obvious workaround is to is to upload them elsewhere (such as YouTube in the case of video) and embed the link in your WordPress.com site.
