Is it not possible to allow one instance of javascript for my navigation?

    My programmer has been trying to put some javascript into my site so my top navigation reappears on scrolling back up the page. Except its not possible with javascript being disabled on wordpress.com.

    Is it not possible to allow ‘policed’ javascript on a wordpress.com site? Is As in, code approved by yourselves? Isn’t there some way this could be introduced? I understand why you have disabled it but it would make wordpress.com sites look even better than they do now. So it would only be for the greater good!
