Is it ok to downgrade from Business Plan to Premium Plan?

    If i downgrade from business plan to premium plan, will my site be caused any problem-theme I uploaded or any contents?

    If you downgrade from the WordPressdotcom Business plan to any other plan, your post and page content should remain the same. However, if you’ve uploaded a custom 3rd party theme, that theme will be removed and replaced with one of the themes available on WordPressdotcom. Only the Business plan gives you the ability to upload custom 3rd party themes.

    Keep in mind that refunds are available for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you’ve used the domain credit to purchase a custom domain, that cost will be deducted as domains need to be cancelled no more than 48 hours from purchase. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

    So if you are past the 30 day refund period, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of the Business plan until it is due to expire. When you are ready to downgrade at that time, contact our Happiness Engineers via live chat or email and request their assistance in downgrading your plan.

    Hi there,

    As @justjennifer already said if you downgrade, all your contents will remain intact, but any changes made by a third-party theme or a custom plugin will be lost.
