Is it ok to embed code given on site into your personal blog?

  If a website allows embedded code – does that mean you can automatically embed their site material including video to your blog?

  ie: from MSNBC.com/lastword

  You will not be able to embed the code you pasted into your WordPress.com site as WordPress.com blocks the iframe embed code. You can read more about that here:
