Is it ok to sell my book direct from my blog which is about the book?

  I am looking for a way to sell my book to people overseas, using paypal and would like to check if its ok to do it directly from my wordpress blog as i have noticed they do have a paypal feature. My blog (which i love btw) is about my books. Thank you

  Here at WordPress.com our blogs cannot be equipped for ecommerce transactions. We can post an unencrypted PayPal donation button so I hope your friend was clear about that. http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/

  My suggestion if Staff gives the okay to sell to use a third party site and link to the store site via your blog because like timethief, said the donation button is not encrypted which is important when there is money involved as well as protection reasons for the consumer buying the book…
