Is it posible to create an xlanguage feature?

hi there,
what about creating a feature for xlanguages. i like to write in german, english, spanish and french but i don’t find a feature for it. And the plugins just work for wordpress.org

what about that plugin xlanguages? but it works just with wordpress.org……could i change easily to wordpress.org? -
If you’re interested, we do offer an upgrade called Guided Transfer (available in the Store section of your blog’s Dashboard) for moving to WordPress.org where we take care of everything for you.
Otherwise, you’ll need to install WordPress from http://wordpress.org/ on a hosting provider. We have some recommendations at http://get.wordpress.com/hosting/

Wow, thanks for your extremely quick response.
So, it is really important for my project to have diferent languages on.
In case I ll to that move to .org what will be the price for the movement and for going on with org….maybe you already sended me the link and i did overread it -
