Is it possibe to add plugins in WordPress /premium plan

  Hi WordPress,

  I am looking to upgrade the current website to WordPress premium plan. I just want to know whether this plan includes of adding plugins.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com users won’t find a Plugins tab in the Dashboard.
