I want to know if I can use wordpress to build a site where I have two different types of subscribers. One who will post their service along with availability and one who is a consumer who also posts their availability in a calander.

That kind of functionality is not included in our basic platform but could be set up by upgrading to our Business Plan, which will allow you to add any plugin or theme “built for WordPress” which is similar to apps you might install on your phone; they add functionality that WordPress does not come with by default.
