  I have a client that would like to have separate logins for his two websites on WordPress.com. To my knowledge that is only for privately hosted sites. Am I correct?

  No – they need to set up two accounts with different emails – then transfer the blogs to the accounts – I would guess that they currently have an account – if so they just need to set up a second account and transfer one blog
