Is it possible and how do I 'decouple' two sites and make them independent.

    I have two wordpress sites under one profile. They are totally separate projects and I don’t want them linked. I want to pass on the second site I created to someone else in a local group I belong to. I want each site to have its own username and password. How do I do this? Is there a way to copy all of one site to a new site and then just delete the original or is there an easier way to do it? Thank you everyone for your tips.
