Is it possible for a .com blog to show up in the reader?

I have a ‘.com’ blog that is hosted with GoDAddy. I post and edit this site by going to myurl.com/wp-admin.
Is it possible to link this up to the wordpress reader?
I have another .wordpress.com blog as well.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No. No blogs that are not being free hosted by WordPress.COM are a part of the WordPress.COM free hosted blog community so the posts will not automatically appear in the WordPress.COM Reader.
