Is it possible for WP to suspend an account that I am hosting on my own server??

  Hi there,

  This morning, for some reason I cannot get into my blog hosted on my server.. http://www.creative-designs.co.za/blog
  I am wondering if it might be suspended by WP? the only reason I assume this, is because my blog hosted with WP is suspended..
  Is it possible for WP to suspend a site that is hosted on my own server? I have asked my Service Provider guys to look into it.. Anyhow, thoughts would be great.
