Is it possible the blog name I want is actually available – no site there?
-
I want to start a new blog named crazybucket.wordpress.com but am getting a message the site name is taken. However when I go to that address it says the authors have deleted it. Is it possible that name is actually available and I could use it? Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sorry, but no. Deleted URLs cannot be recycled. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
