Is it possible to add a personalized blog button?

  I’ve seen loads of blogs that have buttons for their blog with a box underneath where someone can copy the HTML and post the button on their own blog. All the tutorials I’ve read talk about how to do it on a self hosted blog. Is there a way to post that on a wordpress.com blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Actually what those tutorials teach you would work on a wordpress.com hosted blog too.
