Is it Possible to Add an Image to Comment by User (not admin)

  I haven’t seen any photos in comments or posts besides the gravitar images. I would like to know if a user can upload a photo directly in their comment, for instance, if they want to embed a photo to share in their comment.

  nope it’s not possible to embed images in the comment field. but is possible to embed YouTube videos in comments. WordPress.com Article » Add YouTube and Polls to Comments
