Is it possible to add an interactive welcome pop up to my site?

My company is called Neverland and Company. I’ve just started to build our website, and I would like to have a welcome message pop up for users who visit the site for the first time.
I’d like for it to be a night sky with stars (I can provide my own photo or artwork) and the user must click on one of the stars to move on to my website’s home page.
Is this even possible? If so, how?

Yes that is what I needed. We provide support only for blogs hosted by WordPress.COM and that is not one of them.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
