is it possible to add blog posts under particular pages

I would like to vreate blog posts to be shown when someone clicks a particular page on the top bar (which I dont know how to put)
and that post should also show on the main page if it is recent mostsecondly only one post should be shown on the main page at a time, and there should be “previous” and “next” on the bottom

You have the option of adding links to individual posts to your custom menu (which we discussed in your other thread). Can you take a look over that documentation and let me know how you get on?
secondly only one post should be shown on the main page at a time, and there should be “previous” and “next” on the bottom
You can control the number of posts that display on your home page by first navigating to our older interface (you can get there by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s URL). From there, head to Settings > Reading in the left sidebar:

Toggle the number next to Blog pages show at most on the above page and then save your changes.

Looks like I didnt ask correctly. Let me ask step by step. I am actually getting pretty overwhelmed by this whole process and it doesnt seem too much user friendly. However I will learn.I have been through the colinear theme documentation but it doesnt tell me how to put the pages as buttons on the top of the site. I mean I would like to add :
home – when someone clicks home – they should come back to the main page of the blog
About – I have created this page

Thanks for clarifying what you’re trying to do. It sounds like your goal is to add a custom menu a the top of the page. We have a complete guide on how to do that, including a little video you might find helpful:
