Is it possible to add custom Widgets to my blog?

  I want to add three more widgets to my wordpress.com blog, but unsure how to do it, if possible.
  They are Amazon Associate, Google Friend Connect, and Groupon.
  I have seen them on other wordpress blogs, like .org’s. But i’m hoping it can be done on my .com blog. Thank you.

  I’m afraid some of the Widgets you may have seen on other blogs were Plugins, available only to self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

  The Text Widget might be a useful alternative depending on the code these sites may require to be added to your blog.
