  Where are you wanting to add those? Right now, your Front page scrolls.

  In general, scroll arrows are not something we can add to themes since that would require code that isn’t allowed here at WordPress.com.

  Let me know what you are trying to accomplish though and I may have some ideas on how to solve it.
