Is it possible to add tweetable facts?

  I’d like to have a section on this website: http://safehealthyct.wordpress.com/take-action/ to put a few facts that folks can easily tweet out. I’ve seen this on some wordpress.org sites but I’m not sure if I can do that here on wordpress.com.

  I’m not clear on what it is that you need help with. Will you please expand and describe exactly what it is that you are trying to achieve?
