Is it possible to adjust the page layout in Twenty Sixteen

  Hey everyone, I’m new to WordPress. I really like the Twenty Sixteen theme, it seems nice and minimalistic, but I just wish the text columns would be a little wider. I know there are supposed to be settings to adjust layout width, but I can’t find them. Are those disabled in this theme? Is there any way to expand the text horizontally?
