Is it possible to back to the WordPress.com hosting?
-
Hello,
We have a website: https://smartermobility-africa.com/
About a month ago it was hosted on WordPress.com but later we migrated it to different hosting.
We are not 100% happy with the result, so we want back to WordPress.com.
So the question is: Is it possible to restore the WordPress.com instance of the website?
WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Unknown
Correct account: UnknownThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You can absolutely migrate your site back to WordPress.com. You can follow the instructions on our support page here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/
You also have the option to export everything including your theme and plugins and that would require a plugin-enabled WordPRess.com Plan (Business or eCommerce Plan):
If you also want to still use your current domain once you transfer your site, you can follow the instructions here:
https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/
Or you can keep the domain hosted where it is currently and utilize the connection upgrade:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/connect-existing-domain/
Please take a look at our support instructions and let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
