Is it possible to bulk upload posts from a spreadsheet or similar?

  I have more than 350 posts I would like to upload, which are currently in a spreadsheet format. Is there an easy way to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No there is not. You can only upload an XML file. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
