Hi!
When you say blog name, are you referring to the site address like lovesdevices.wordpress.com? Or, are you referring to the actual site name that appears on the site like this:
If it’s the former, you can change your blog address following the instructions here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
If it’s the latter, you can adjust that here (under Site Title):
https://lovesdevices.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
Neither will affect your custom domains!

This has been very helpful. Thank you. So, one other question. I was able to change the domain name for my wordpress.com site (i.e., lovesdevices.wordpress.com, but is it also to change a purchased domain name (i.e., lovesdevices.com)?

Hi!
It looks like the site jerryblitefield.wordpress.com has two domains:
jerryblitefield.com (just registered)
lovesdevices.com
Unlike blog addresses (jerryblitefield.wordpress.com), you cannot change domains once you register them. You need to register the new domain (as you’ve done) and determine whether you want to keep lovesdevices.com.
If you would like to keep lovesdevices.com, you can continue to keep it registered. It will continue to redirect to jerryblitefield.com. If you no longer want that domain, you can disable auto renew from the page here:
https://jerryblitefield.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
Then, the domain lovesdevices.com will eventually expire and be removed from your site automatically.
