is it possible to change a post to a page?

  I was wondering if it is possible to change a post into a page? or even to make it both. I know I could manually copy and paste everything, but I was wondering if there was a simpler way.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unfortunately, there is only copy/paste. Then you have to add in the title.
