Is it possible to change Domain Name

  I currently have a blog on wordpress runninggirlslim.com this domain is up for renewal and ideally I would like to change the name of the blog & buy a new domain is this possible or would I have to buy a new domain set up a new blog and then transfer all my posts

  Im a total technophobe and have tried searching but I am not understanding the responses

  P.S. Staff need to know which new domain URL you want to purchase.
