  Hi Luke,

  Domain names are registered annually—like an annual lease—so you can’t “rename” a domain, but you can purchase another domain and begin to use that one, or change to your http://lukemerryweather.wordpress.com name instead.

  You can either add a domain or change which one is “primary” (e.g. what users will see in their address bar when they visit your site) at https://lukemerryweather.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
