If you are changing from one free address to another free address, though, the old free address will stop working and will become unavailable. Any links to that old address can stop working too. I did not ask my question correctly.
I was able to solved my problem with refer to the Domains Section then Change site Address. And I Set New Site Address.
But now I have a Question. I need My Old Site Address For Another purpose.
but when I want to choose my old site Address tell me that this is not available.
How long does it take for my old address to be available again and I can use it? -

You cannot change your site’s URL to a URL which either exists or is deleted, you can only change your site’s URL to one which has never existed.
If you want to move your content back to https://janejanan1.wordpress.com you’ll need to export https://wordpress.com/support/export/ and import it all: https://wordpress.com/support/import/#import-content-from-another-word-press-site
