Is it possible to change our blog name to lifenutrition.wordpress.com?

I wonder if we want to change or blog address to lifenutrition.wordpress.com but it is already taken, but then we notice that the blogger does not use this blog anymore, what can we do?

There is no expiration date on blogs unused, reserved or otherwise.
