Is it possible to change the background color of the main column?

    Hi, if somebody can help me to change the background color of the main column? I mean not the main background of the whole page, but only the background color of the “text” area – the main column of my pages. I’m using the free theme “Twenty ten”, it has an option to set the background color, but it is only for the entire page, also there is an option to change the text color, but not the column’s background color.

    This change can be accomplished with CSS, but requires the Custom Design Upgrade:
