Hi,
I assume that you mean the “background color of the blue theme.” With the Argent theme activated, background options are included with various “palette” options. The palette options, which include the default palette and six other optional palettes, are found at Customize > Colors & Backgrounds > Background. Click on the “Default” button to choose the black and white palette used on the demo. Save the change by clicking the Save & Publish button.
Six other multi-colored options may be seen by clicking on the “Palettes” button at Customize > Colors & Backgrounds > Background. Of these six multi-colored options, the one presently set on https://cosmosindustries.wordpress.com/ is the the middle one of the top row.

Unless I’ve misunderstood, then I’ve given you the instructions for switching to the default palette that the demo is using.

Thanks. I hadn’t quite understood, but the instructions are the same. If you change the palette to the default palette as I’ve described in my first post above, then the “About” link in the menu will have white text, and so will any other items added to the menu, as well as the text in the footer widget areas.

If you only want to change the text color of the header menu, and leave the other palette colors as they are, then I believe that will require CSS Customization. You may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic to call for staff attention.

Hi there,
As @musicdoc1 said, you’ll need to use custom CSS to change the colour of the menu text if you don’t want the colour automatically added by your chosen palette. That will require the Premium or Business plan upgrade.
