Is it possible to change the place of user menu?

  Hello. I am using wordpress on my website. I want to use a user menu with ‘add photo’ kind of options and not at the top of the page. when someone logins on my website as a regular user, I don’t want them to see the menu at the top of the page. Is there any plugin or adding to do that? thank you.

  That cannot be done on any WordPress.COM hosted blog. There is no FTP access and there is no blogger installed plugin capability. You will need to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and set up your own WordPress.ORG software install. Please read this comparison very carefully http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
