Is it possible to change the “thumbnail” displayed by Video Player

  I have uploaded 2 wmv videos, but I don’t like the video frames that the players are showing when the page is loaded. On the first the frame is actually kind of a “spoiler” that gives away the “punchline”. On the second it’s just a meaningless frame. It seems to be selecting a frame from roughly in the middle of the file.

  I’d prefer to have a black screen with the W logo on it rather than just a random image.

  Have you tried deleting and re-uploading? I’m not sure that will work, but it did once for me at YouTube.

  Thanks for the suggestion. I just tried it, but ended up with the exact same frame. I also sent this question to “support”. I don’t know how they are at replying.

  It’s too bad there isn’t some documentation (however technical) for the video player.

  there isnt anything that can be done abt it . only thing you can do is upload it to one of your friends website. and link from there. but nothing can match youtube.
