Is it possible to choose the theme/ type of advertising used with your blog with the free version?

  Hi everyone, does anyone know if it is possible to change the type of adverts which are used with your wordpress blogs when you use the free version? I have had a look and can’t see anything in Settings. I was just told by one of my followers that they had an advert about losing belly fat when they were emailed my newest blog and I would rather not have this type of ad again. Many thanks! Emma

  I’m afraid you’d need to upgrade to a Personal plan to lose the ads. And alas you can’t choose which ads appear as those ads do vary depending on the State/Country your viewers are based in. (There are worse ones than the “belly fat” one doing the rounds!)
