Is it possible to close comments on pages?

  I am looking to turn off comments on my pages. I don’t see a way to do that. The setting only works on the posts.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  Every page should have a Discussion module at the bottom of the Edit page as shown here:

  Provided the “Allow Comments” option is unchecked, comments should be disabled. Can you give that a try?

  You can also disable comments on all pages using the Quick Edit option:

  Posts have that box, but pages do not.

  Pages should have that box as well. If it’s not appearing on the Edit screen for a page, can you make sure the Discussion option is checked under Screen Options as shown here?
