Is it possible to communicate with WordPress?

How can I contact WordPress by telephone or e-mail?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

How can I contact WordPress about an issue? Searching previous posts did not solve the issue, and I do not want to waste more time going through forums, etc.

Unfortunately, this is the only place I’ve found where it appears you can report issues. But the sad thing is they sometimes never respond at all to some of the issues that are being reported. I think they read most of the issues that come through if I’m not mistaken. But they pick & choose which ones to respond to—if any. I had an issue months ago and I repeatedly posted my issue on the forum and no one ever responded to it to this day. It’s unfortunate because you’re still left with the issue not being resolved.

Thanks, cyperezblog — I appreciate the response. Frankly, it’s what I suspected. I am not an experienced blogger, by any means, and I found WordPress a bit frustrating to use when I traveled on foot for several weeks and was blogging from the tiny keyboard of an iPhone, using the WordPress app. I’ll just have to be persistent in trying to learn it!

This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to provide support. There is no phone support. Live chat support is available only to those with Business bundle upgrades and Volunteers do not provide email support.

Volunteers answer the majority of questions posted into forum threads and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention.

We’d be happy to answer your WordPress.COM questions right here in this thread. Please simply post exactly what you need help with into this thread, knowing there’s rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered.

I bought a domain through wordpresss. Now my wordpress has laynaleedotcom.com and laynaleedotcom1.com. It originally mapped laynalee.com to laynaleedotcom.com but now directs it to laynaleedotcom1.com, which I cannot post to. Please help. I would like to use the domain I purchased through wordpress not knowing there was no real help to be found other than the forums.

Thanks, Timethief. Even though I usually search for a topic first, all topics are not easy to find doing a search. I usually only ask a question if I had a hard time finding another thread with the same topic that answers a question. Sometimes someone may need to direct me to the thread bc the WP search feature isn’t the greatest at searching that I’ve found.

But I am part of the large group commenting on the Image Editing thread. No one has still told me how to edit my image TOOLTIP for all my images. I can’t even find it anymore. But everyone is pretty much being ignored on that thread–not just me. It just shows the unprofessionalism of WP when they come across as they don’t have any concern for the difficulty they cause for the bloggers who chose to use their service. They made a major change, yet no one was warned and there are still no instructions on WP on how to use the new changes. The old instructions are still up. The volunteers are appreciated but the responsibility should fall to the staff at WP when things like this happen. But thanks when you do find the time to chime in from time to time.

If you don’t find an answer to your questions in forum threads, or if there is no response to a thread you start — This happens frequently to me — or failure to resolve an issue through forums, you may send an email message directly to support at “support@wordpress.com.”
