Is it possible to convert a page into being a post?

  I would like to convert many pages in my blog into posts. When I was new/a beginner, I made pages instead of posts. Now that I understand blogging better, I realize my pages should be posts. Is there anyway of converting a page into being a post-rather than cutting and deleting?

  The short answer is: No. You’re going to have to copypaste every one of them.
